Program Funding

In April 2015, we co-funded two projects with the Center on Aging:

• Acute Air Pollution, Biomarkers, and Cognition in the Elderly, D. Hammers (PI)
• Air Quality, Health, and Mortality in the Medicare Population, H. Hanson (PI)

The Program for Air Quality, Health and Society’s Seed Grant Recipients were announced on January 2014.

Program Announcement: Role of Environmental Chemical Exposures in the Development of Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome (R21 and R01) R21s are due March 16, July 16, and November 16. R01 are due March 5, July 5, and November 5. Program Announcement: Research to Action: Assessing and Addressing Community Exposures to Environmental Contaminants (R01) R01 are due March 5, July 5, and November 5.
